By using Owinda ("Owinda" or "Owinda.com" or “Website” or "site"), you agree to abide and be bound by these Terms of Service and/or any revised version. Since this is a website in progress with continual additions and expansions, and because Internet technologies are constantly evolving, these Terms are subject to change. By using Owinda, you agree to abide and bound by these Terms of Service, which may be modified or updated from time to time. We encourage you to regularly review these terms of service. To use Owinda, you must be legally competent to enter a binding agreement. Owinda is not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of websites to which it may link.

3.10 Users are the sole persons responsible for online conduct, the search queries they choose and any derived content, information and search results thereof. The choice of search keywords is entirely up to the user, and Owinda shall not be responsible or held accountable for any inappropriate content or search results as a result.
In case of any violation of the above, Owinda reserves the right to block you from accessing the site as well as to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, governmental request or partner request, at its sole discretion.

You acknowledge and agree that the content on Owinda and its design, structure and compilation are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and patents or other proprietary rights and laws. The registered Owinda trademark and logo and all other Owinda trademarks are owned by Owinda B.V and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws in the United States and other countries as well as by international treaties. You agree not to use or communicate said trademarks or logo without our written consent. However, and by exception, you may reproduce the Owinda logo on your website in order to link to Owinda or use it in an article about Owinda.
5. Intellectual Property of Others
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that material over which you have rights has been reproduced or used in such a way as to constitute an infringement, please contact us with your personal information, a description of your work, the location on the Site of the potentially infringing material, a statement of the rights you have asserted over the work, and a statement of the absence of authorization given to the party using said material.

The logos and images that appear on Owinda are of a company, organization, item, product or event, and are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and patents or other proprietary rights and laws. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of logos (1) to illustrate the Company, organization, item, product or event in question and/or (2) to use a visual link directly to the Company, organization, item, or event associated with the respective links/logo qualifies as fair use under Copyright Law.
Any featured companies, organizations, items or events on the Owinda website that wish to be removed from Owinda, may contact us at info@owinda.com and we shall remove these upon request.

We provide links to other internet sites or resources. We do not control these sites and resources, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for any aspects of those sites, including their availability, content, accuracy, legality or delivery of services. You waive any claim resulting from your exposure to material on or through Owinda that is offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable. Owinda is not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of websites to which it may link.
The advertisements, including graphic design, typography, portraits and logos, as well as trademarks, servicemarks and tradenames are the intellectual property of their rights holders, such as the advertisers and/or third parties. You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, make available online to the public, sell or reuse the advertisements or part of the advertisements in any way without the permission of the rights holder. 4. Application cache
Every Web browser has a built-in cache that stores recently visited Web pages. This means the same pages and assets will load faster the next time the browser returns. It enables the browser to make all cached resources available in offline mode. Our website and our mobile site uses HTML5 application cache. By the use of application data cache we can enable our website to run without an internet connection and improve the performance of the application by enabling faster loading of content. You can choose to remove your browser's cache in your browser settings. Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies means that website settings will be deleted and our website and especially our mobile site might appear to be a little slower because all of the images have to be loaded again.

You do not need to open an account and provide us with personally identifiable information to use Owinda.
